Organizational Development Specialist - KSA
- Job Description Provide consultation & advise to the management (owners) throughout the restructuring process to setup all organizational infrastructure needed to rebuild the organizational status within the company. - Assist management in the identification, development, and implementation of business processes. - Identify and analyze the Organizational Structure of the company that best suits its smooth functioning. - Develop Policies & Procedures Manual for all business functions including; HR, Admin., Finance, Procurement, Projects, abrication plant, Crushers & Asphalt Plant Operations, Equipment & Maintenance, - Design the Authorities & Responsibilities Matrices. - Build and maintain the Job Description Cards for all jobs in the company. - Build and maintain Compensation & Benefits Scheme (Grading System & Salary Scale). - Develop and implement Performance Management System on both corporate as well as individual levels. This includes setting KPIs for all business functions / processes, and also setting Employees Performance Appraisal System / Criteria. - Draw the guidelines to enhance internal culture and working environment, and to promote the corporate values and best attitudes expected from all employees.
Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience as organizational development consultant. - Bachelor's degree in Human resources or Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior Management or Industrial / Organizational Psychology, or a performance-related discipline - Ability to set direction and deliver practical business solutions - Superior analytical skills - Excellent command of Arabic & English - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management skills and experience - Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills - Instructional design, survey design, needs analysis, and evaluation experience. - Ability to Develop, implement & update of the Organizational Structures / Job Descriptions / Policies & Procedures / KPIs / Compensation & Benefits Analysis.
