RETAIL DEPARTMENT STAFF REQUIREMENTS FOR reputed group in Saudi Arabia

RETAIL MANAGER

Managing the Store’s, In line with the policy the Retail manager carries an intention of permanent and active development of his business and of the business more widely.

CAPABLE AND RESPONSIBLE TO:

• Ensure smooth operations in retail.
• Ensure that store presentation and customer service are in line with company standards
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly regional and individual sales reports.
• Organize events and develop marketing plans
• Visit the stores within the network on regular basis
• Develop a retail performance measurement tool
• Get involved in store openings within the network

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Retail Management or Marketing Management (MBA).
• Min. 15 years Experience in Retail Sales and Management
• Very good skills in Sales & Marketing
• Good communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Commitment and Drive are essential
• English language is required (Arabic is advantage)
• Age 38 to 50

COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITES:

• Salary: Negotiable.
• A Very attractive and strong Commission Scheme
• Allowances: 10% Transportation + 25% Accommodation (16.6% for singles)
• Medical Insurance covered
• Two ways air tickets upon contract renewing (If Married tickets for you, your wife and two children).
