Contracting Company in KSA is seeking to recruit a

Turnaround Manager

  Purpose of the Job

• To develop plans for IS TA projects, manpower requirements and manage the work cycle to ensure the successful and safe completion of a job
• To prepare accurate estimates by analyzing client proposals and requirements and evaluating overall project costs
• To supervise operations and maintenance engineers, site workers or surveyors
• To coordinate the planning and lead execution of all shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Business development of LSTK TA

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institute
• A Postgraduate degree in Project Management is preferable

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning or mechanical engineering/operations & maintenance projects including 5 - 7 years of Turnaround planning, estimation, proposal writing, and execution.
• Saudi & GCC experience is preferable.

Skills/Competencies

• Primavera Project P6
• Strong interpersonal / coordination skills and the ability to engage multi-functional groups
• Demonstrate ability to handle competing priorities and persistence to overcome obstacles
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety standards
• Skilled in directing technical and non-technical personnel
• A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
• Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities
• Proven track record with recognized international standard companies, particularly in Middle East operations and projects
• Ability to plan and organize a team effort
• Good client management and negotiating skills
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
