Service Advisor

Qualification -Graduate /Diploma in Engineering

Experience - 2-3 years’ experience in Automobile dealership.

Skills -customer service skills, telephone answering skills, large volume of customer handling skills

Brief Job Description – Achieve customer satisfaction and service revenue target by receiving customer

vehicles, ensuring the jobs required to be done on time, follow-up with customers

to ensure the customer satisfaction.

Others – Fluent in English and Arabic
