Real Estate Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit

1-   Project Manager

Qualification & experiences:

-      Bachelor of Civil Engineering + PMP

-      Minimum 10 years experience as site project manager in Gulf Region.

-      Preferably experience in the field of Hotel project.

Skills:

-      The ability to direct supervision of the work of contractors and management team work in more than one site (preferably).

-      The ability to work on Primavera program (preferably).

-      The ability to work on AutoCAD program (basic).

-      Fluency in spoken and written English.

2-   Planning Engineer PCS Engineer

Qualification & experiences:

-      Bachelor of civil or architectural engineering.

-      Minimum 10 years experience in planning of projects in Gulf Region preferred on a Hotel project.

Skills:

-      Ability to read and understand tables and outputs of Primavera program.

-      The ability to work on AutoCAD program (basic).

-      Fluency in spoken and written English.

3-   Structural Engineer

Qualification & experiences:

-      Bachelor of structural engineering.

-      Minimum 10 years experience in following & controlling in Gulf Region preferred on a Hotel project.

Skills:

-      Ability to read and understand tables and outputs of Primavira program.

-      The ability to work on AutoCAD program (basic).

-      Fluency in spoken and written English.

4-   Quantity Surveyor

Qualification & experiences:

-      Bachelor of civil or architectural engineering.

-      Minimum 10 years experience in quantity surveying in Gulf Region preferred on a Hotel project.

Skills:

-      Ability to read and understand tables and outputs of Primavera program.

-      The ability to work on AutoCAD program (basic).

-      Fluency in spoken and written English.

5-   Secretary / Document Controller

Qualification & experiences:

-      Diploma or Bachelor graduated in commerce or business administration.

-      Minimum 5 years experience in secretary field.

Skills:

-      Ability to work on Microsoft Office program (basic).

-      Fluency in spoken and written Arabic & English (Bilingual).
