1-    SAP REFX Consultant - Arabic (Speaking & Writing) people only

Job Description

As a Consultant - SAP REFX you will need to understand and implement the best Business Processes in a SAP REFX environment by designing appropriate solutions supporting the customer’s business processes as part of the overall SAP program.

You will be responsible for the method and processes used to translate business requirements into a solution considering balancing both the functional needs and data architecture. You will provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of SAP REFX application and business process developments.

Other responsibilities will include:

•  Configuring the SAP to the needs of the business user.
•  Delivery of Program / Project solutions / Request for Change
•  Supporting the SAP Automotive solutions
•  Business User Coordination
•  Design and Evolution of the business process design

Skills

*  A minimum of five (6) year’s experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP REFX processes, and 3 full SAP project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity
*  The candidate should be well versed with the SAP Flexible Real Estate. The knowledge of SAP FICO will be an advantage.
*  Experience of working in the Financial Org’s/Real Estate/Government/Constructions will be highly regarded
*  A degree in Information Systems or Business Administration related discipline (preferred).
*  SAP certification will be a plus

*  Integration with other SAP modules and external application.

*  Integration with CAD, GIS is a very big plus for this position.
*  Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager will be highly regarded

2-            SAP CRM Consultant - Arabic (Speaking & Writing)

Job Description

The SAP CRM consultant is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the SAP CRM area to meet the business needs. Working closely with our customers to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality and knowledge of integration with other modules like FICO, REFX, HCA etc. 

Key responsibilities 
• More than 4-6 years of SAP CRM expertise with focus in sales, marketing, and service areas. 
• Implementing case management and customer services. 
• Strong background designing and deploying integrated solutions with SAP CRM. 
• Adept in all phases of project development, from concept through realization. 
• Able to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements. 
• Provides consultant level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the CRM. 
• Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge 
• Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs. 
• Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards. 
• Ensure the integrity of the CRM configuration of the SAP system across multiple landscapes. 
• Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. 
• Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. 
• Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling. 
• Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities. 
• Demonstrate proof of concept & assist in training activities 
• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality. 
• Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution. 
• Work with SAP to resolve software bugs. 
• Develops functional specifications and works with BASIS and ABAP personnel resources to complete object development and testing 
• Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing 
• Experience in integration between CRM & FICO, HCA modules and Portal.

Skills

• A solid technology and Business Management experience. 
• Previous experience as a consultant or a solution architect. 
• 4-6 years of SAP CRM configuration with minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects 
• Understanding Finance as shared services. 
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment 
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
• SAP Certification in relevant Functional areas will be an added advantage. 
• Experience in any of FICO, REFX, SD, CS, MM will be an added advantage 
• Knowledge of using Solution Manager for managing projects and change management.
