The UAE Government is seeking to fell the following vacancies :

1- SAP-Net weaver- Portal Developer

Responsibilities include: 
• Development of external CRM portal. 
• Custom portal was created to integrate BSP applications from CRM ABAP. Concept of logon alias was used. Portal database was configured to be SAP ABAP system, and users login with their logon alias. Theme, Portal content development, issue resolutions. 
• Custom homepage design to act as dashboard 
• Configured MS AD as the LDAP data source for portal 
• Developed event based Webdynpro ABAP applications that capture events from WDJ applications. 
• Provided support and issue resolution. 
• Theme and logon page modifications and configurations 
• Supported during issues and enhancements 
• System fine tuning with basis team to improve the portal speed and performance for nearly 4 hundred thousand users. 
• From scratch configuration of portal, SLD configuration, Development of Portal objects, JCO connections, Theme design, Navigation hierarchy configuration and design, , Portal Login page design, Publishing CRM and SLCM Applications for access through internet. 
• Integration with SAP Modules with SAP portal. Like HR, ESS(Employee Self Service), MSS(Manager Self Service),
RE(Real Estate), FI(Finance), Payroll, BI(business Intelligence), CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 
• Integrating SAP portal with Non-SAP Modules.

• Expert in adapter configuration such as RFC, HTTP, IDOC, RFC, PI/XI, SOAP, FILE, MDM, JMS, AS2 and SFTP

2- Sybase DBA

Required Experience/ Responsibilities / Skills:

Should have minimum experience of 5 years in Sybase Administration

Experienced Sybase DBA with database and application design and support

Experienced with VLDB (Very Large Databases) with understanding in large table partitioning

Experience with backup & restoring and managing databases across multiple environments, DEV/QA/PROD levels.

Experienced Sybase database performance and tuning.

Experienced with SQL tuning

Knowledgeable of the UNIX environment

Install and configure Sybase database components.

Install new version of the DB instance and keep the system up to date

Ability to work across teams and communicate well

· Perform database re-organization as required to assist performance and ensure maximum uptime of the database

· Work with the developers closely to make sure the team is able to deliver results

· Troubleshoot with problems regarding the databases, applications and development tools

· Manage sharing of resources amongst applications

· Manage QA/Dev/Prod environment and help developers with code migration, if needed

· Handle change management process effectively

· Scripting skills with UNIX shell and SQL.

· Possess strong communication with very good documentation and client management skills

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Should possess skills to understand the problem and implement a solution for the application related issues

· Need to support day-to-day operations and provide 24 x7 support

· Oracle/MS SqlServer experience a plus

· Must be self-managed and self-motivated

3- SAP ABAP CRM Consultant

Job Purpose

The SAP ABAP Specialist is responsible for the design, development, testing & support for ABAP to meet the business needs.
Working closely with our SAP Functional Specialists to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality, the
ABAP Specialist adds value to the SAP through their knowledge of the ABAP experience with core SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• At least 4-6 years of experience in ABAP with the modules CRM specialized in Case Management.
• Perform code review and single point of contact for all ABAP developments.
• Ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams
• Should have strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies viz. Interactive Reporting, Adobe Interactive Forms, Dialog Programming, BAPI, RFC, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, ALE/IDocs, Interface Programming, BDC, Workflow, PI (Process Integrator), CUA (Identity Management) and Data Conversions.

• Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
• Ability to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test scripts
• The candidate will be responsible for Technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP
developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects
• Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.
• Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests.
• Support business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.
• Assist initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Work with the SAP Functional exports to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
• Work with SAP to resolve software bugs.
• Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.
• Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
• Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for finance related processes.
• Develops technical specifications and works with BASIS and functional experts to complete object development and testing
• Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing

Skills

• A university degree coupled with solid technology and Business Management experience.

• Previous experience as a consultant or a solution architect.
•  4-6 years of SAP ABAP configuration with minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects
• Experience with and understanding of a Finance shared services center.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• SAP Certification in relevant Functional areas will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of .Net, Java, C++, C will be a plus
• Experience in Netweaver be an added advantage
• Knowledge of using Solution Manager for change management.
