- Training Manager

• Bachelor degree + Professional Certificates

• Minimum 5 - 6 years’ experience in fast food within similar QSR environment 

• Age not exceed 38 years old – as maximum  

• English Language is required

• Computer Skills 

• Working knowledge of employee relation practices including dispute resolution and investigation experience

• Demonstration leadership abilities

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

• Strong verbal, listening, written, communication skills

• Depth of practical experience in technical & non technical training

- Area Operation Managers

• Minimum 5 - 6 years’ experience in fast food field management role within similar QSR environment 

• Age not exceed 38 years old – as maximum  

• English Language is required

• Results Orientation / Execution - problem solving, decision making, planning, performance management

- Deputy Area Operation Managers

 • Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in fast food business  

• Age not exceed 32 years old – as maximum  

• English Language is required
