A leading company in Jeddah – KSA – specialized in comprehensive IT solutions provider is seeking to fell the following vacancies:

Service Engineer (101) The Service Engineer is repairing, diagnose or defective equipment and machine or even perform on-site services. He works within team on delegation of work amongst them to provide excellent and fastest service. Moreover, he is also preparing a detailed report on all of his completion for a record.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operating system installation on Laptop, Desktop& Server, Diagnose & resolve issues

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• At least Certified of International Computer Driving License.
• Must be Bachelor graduate in Engineer

Service Supervisor (102) the role of Service Supervisor within the organization are leading and supervising his team for developing customer service, procedures, policies and standards of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: A Service Supervisor is responsible in delegating the tasks, assisting the team, assisting the service manager on hiring and providing training and development. He also handling complains customer and staff within the organization, conduct safety inspections in all equipment, as well as preparing a reports and other paper works for completion.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be certified by Microsoft as MCP, Dell, Hp, ProCurve, SystiMax
• Must be Graduate in Electronic Associate Engineer
