JOB  VACANCY

A leading company In Qatar – Doha is seeking to fell the following vacancy :

Showroom Manager / Interior Designer - (Home Furniture division)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high end home furniture showroom
• Assist with product selection, merchandising, and pricing
• Maximized sales, supported personnel, introduced innovative marketing techniques and supervising the staff
• Manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
• Excellent customer service, getting back to clients in a timely fashion, and following up with potential clients
• Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
• Assist with order processing and scheduling of deliveries
• Demonstrated ability to practice interior design including the ability to design and create projects using technical and creative skills
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, designers and interior decorators

Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of retail furniture and home décor industry
• Customer oriented and excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Experience working in commercial interiors, contract furniture systems, commercial real estate and/or architectural workplace solutions
• Knowledge in English language. Arabic is preferred
• The applicant must hold a Bachelor Degree in Interior Designing
