A leading company in Kuwait is seeking to fill the following vacancies:

Business Analyst

Technical Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, developers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business requirements and design appropriate e-solutions

Analyse existing applications

Ability to translate and communicate the business requirements into understandable format for the software development team;

Interacts with internal and outside stakeholders to determine system requirements.

Able to communicate the business to the various internal and external stakeholders via proper means, like documents, presentation, letters etc…

Familiarity with business reports, and other reporting tools, and their usage in the business environment

Distinguish a business problem’s symptoms from its root cause, and discover the true root cause

Responsibilities

Gather requirements using meetings, interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, and business process descriptions.

Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements.

Ensure that all of the key questions have been asked, and their responses documented.

Make sure that the right decision makers are involved in the project and have an opportunity to provide input.

Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.

 Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract top to bottom-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the needed like, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, Interface designs etc.,

Contribute to project plans.

Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams

Education:

B.Sc. in Computer Science,  As plus, Holding Certified Business Analysis

Experience: 3 years

Languages: English is must
