JOB  VACANCY

leading company in Kuwait is seeking to fill the following vacancy:
 Quality Control Lead

To lead the QC team and QC plans to control the quality of software products delivering on

Experience Required 5 years in QC out of which 1+ year as a QC Lead.

Education B.Sc. in Computer Science Any Certification related to QC is a must.

Languages(s) Arabic and English

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially and QC and testing phase
• Planning and leading skills
• Ability to create Test plan and execute them
• Ability to transform business requirements into Test case document.
• Review Test case prepared by Team members.
• Should have the ability to analyze test result to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Execute functional, application, and regression tests
• Providing Technical expertise to other team members
• Reporting capabilities using tools available in the market and to
  communicate the status of the testing to the upper management
  Conceptual understanding of testing plans with the capabilities to develop test cases.
• Experience in testing web-based solutions
• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
• Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Very good knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based
  applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Good administrative skills and an ability to manage own workload

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing plans
• Preparing test status and test reports.
• Develop an extensive working knowledge of the internal products
• Participate in developing training materials
• Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users for solutions
• Facilitate problem-solving between end user and development staff
• Participate with development staff in testing new releases of the internal products
• Participate in service delivery process
