A leading Company In al khobar Specialized in the installation of fixed system Air Conditioning is seeking to recruit

A/C projects Eng

1) Engineer. Preferably Mechanical.

2) Worked in the HVAC field with minimum of 3 years

3) Has Managerial position for more than 3 years.

4) Proficient in Reading, Writing, and Spoken English & Arabic

5) Has a driver's License

6) Pleasant personality.

7) People oriented

8) Technically capable

9) Independent

10) Good communication

Job Description:

1) Monitors and evaluates market conditions in area of business

2) Meet sales and profit targets thru direct customer calls and following up on leads

3) Prepare cost estimates and proposals for projects

4) Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates manpower, tools, parts and supply needs.

5) Develops and ensures that policies are followed

6) Responsible for people management

7) Responsible for project management

8) Ensures that a healthy, safe working environment is maintained.

9) Evaluates and resolves technical issues on service calls, researches equipment problems for repair solutions and visits job sites when necessary to evaluate and resolve installation/service problems.

Remuneration:

1) Accommodation or Accommodation pay.

2) Basic Salary of SR 5000-6000 based on experience.

3) Special Commission on sales of 3% based on completed projects attracted by him with all amounts fully collected.

4) End of year bonus: depending on company performance
