Project Manager – Roads
- Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University. Professional Project Manager (PMI-PMP) or a similar project management certification is a plus. - Minimum twenty (20) years post graduate experience in the construction and management of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity.
Preferred Nationality – Arab / Western Expat
Salary Slab – QR 45K – QR 55K
Project Manager – Structures
- Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University. Professional Project Manager (PMI-PMP) or a similar project management certification is a plus. - Minimum twenty (20) years post graduate experience in the construction and management of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity.
Preferred Nationality – Arab / Western Expat
Salary Slab – QR 65K – QR 70K
Project Manager – Utility
- Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University. Professional Project Manager (PMI-PMP) or a similar project management certification is a plus. - Minimum twenty (20) years post graduate experience in the construction and management of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity.
Preferred Nationality – Arab / Western Expat
Salary Slab – QR 55K – QR 65K
HSE Manager
- Shall be qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in safety, engineering or a related technical field from internationally recognized accredited University plus certification in OSHA or NEBOSH. - Minimum fifteen (15) years post graduate experience in HSE management of major highway projects, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity.
Preferred Nationality – Arab / Western Expat
Salary Slab – QR 45K – QR 55K
Project Controls Manager - Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University. - Minimum twenty (20) years post graduate experience in planning and control of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity.
Preferred Nationality – Arab / Western Expat
Salary Slab – QR 45K – QR 55K
Chief Quantity Surveyor - Shall be qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an internationally recognized accredited University. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or an equivalent credential accepted by the Engineer. - Minimum fifteen (15) years post graduate experience in the quantity surveying of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity.
Preferred Nationality – Arab / Western Expat
Salary Slab – QR 45K – QR 55K
STAKEHOLDER MANAGER - Shall be qualified with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University. - Minimum twenty (20) years post graduate experience in planning and control of major highway projects of complex nature, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity. - Supervise and process permitting applications to the relevant authorities and stakeholders, review permits and NOC’s received from the relevant authorities and stakeholders, recommend to the permitting department to issue the Statement of No Objection. - Develop the “Stakeholder and Communication Plan and Strategy” and define the engagement of all stakeholders, including the authorities required to participate in the review, approval and issue of design and construction permits, as well as the residents, business and developers affected by the work under the Contract - Manage stakeholders during all project phases: Concept design stage, detailed design stage, Construction stage - Develop a project communications matrix and details of distribution methods & responsibilities - Provide detail procedures to ensure the works are coordinated, the required permits and NOC’s are applied for and secured in time in accordance with the master schedule - Create a stakeholders list for each segment of the project whose input is required to ensure the project completed on time - Identify both internal and external stakeholders and how will be managed - Develop consents and approval register adapted in spread-sheet format to allow tracking of all consents and approvals, conditions attached, time required to obtain, date when required and person responsible for each; this “approval tracker” will be linked to the program schedule and updated weekly

Candidates should have only contracting background and not consultant experience.
