An international Manufacturing industry company in KSA is seeking to hire the following :

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Description:

The Senior Business Analyst is part of Operational Excellence Program team and responsible for evaluating, designing, documenting, and implementing business processes to achieve stated business goals. The Senior Business Process Analyst supports the assessment of current processes and evaluates improvements intended to increase workflow and efficiency. Additionally, he helps develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience at a management consulting firm or internal consulting, process re-engineering or change management role.

Requirements:

-       Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or Finance/Accounting, plus 4+ years of work experience in a similar field.

-       Minimum 3+ years of experience in using Software AG's ARIS Platform products for Business Process Modeling, particularly ARIS IT Architect/Designer

-       Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts

-       Strong ARIS Object Management skills

-       Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering /process design workshops with large groups of SME's and Business teams

-       Ability to lead and drive process modeling discussions with very minimal support and guidance from the management

-       Conduct face-to-face and virtual Trainings on BPM concepts and ARIS Platform

-       Ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations

-       Possess strong interviewing, listening, observational, facilitation, interpersonal, and process modeling skills.

-       Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem solving skills

-       Effective time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

-       Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

-       Lean and Six Sigma experience (Yellow, Green or Black Belt) a plus.

-       Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
