معتمدون لانجاز تأشيرات العمل وتصديق الشهادات لقنصلية المملكة العربية السعودية JOB VACANCY A Leading Company in KSA seeking to recruit the following: Project Manager ( PM ) Construction Minimum qualification: -Â Bachelor of engineering – Civil -Â PMP or PgMP certified Experience: Minimum 15 years of related professional experience. Last 10 years in similar mgt position executing any of the following projects: Network Sewage Projects. Should have handled at least 2 major projects from inception to delivery in the past four years. Project Size: US$100M upwards and Manpower Size: 500 upwards Experience in GCC 3+ years and specifically in Saudi Arabia Skills & Competencies: Fully conversant with specialist project management software’s like Primavera, Microsoft Project. Strong ethical leadership, team player and technical expertise with ability to motivate team in achieving deadlines within cost and quality parameters. Understanding of project controls & finance including scheduling, risk assessment, WBS, change management, cost control & estimating process and planning. Strong understanding of contracts (FIDIC for example) Strong HSE commitment Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills with strong command of English and Arabic.
