JOB VACANCY

A leading Governmental Association in KSA is seeking the following vacancies:

Senior Budget Planner

Senior Power Analyst

Zero based budget expert

Job Function

Lead development of short and long term budget planning in level of corporate and business units with different scenarios.

Have a full knowledge:

• applying a zero based budgeting
• Using toolkits for systematic challenging of the cost items.
• Preparation all types of the financial statement plans.
• Financial analysis and interpretation.

Transforming strategic plan to business plan with full alignment.

Analysis of operational cost patterns for new initiative and projects.

Keep updated with international energy market developments and trends e.g. technological developments, regulatory and policy developments.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics, Finance, or Business Administration or in a field directly relevant to the position applied
• Minimum 10 years experience in development of short and long term budget plans preferably in a utility environment.
• Excellent understanding of the economic and business fundamentals of electric and/or public utilities.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing large datasets using econometric, statistical and mathematical techniques.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment particularly an environment with engineers and accountants.
• Applying a zero based budgeting.
• Planning the financial statement.

Skills

• Excellent analytical skills and excellent ability to apply economic principles to address complex issues.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, using statistical and/or econometric modelling techniques.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Evidence of Ability to write clearly and concisely to communicate in complex issues.
• Excellent English ability (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a team.
