An international fast food restaurants in KSA is looking to hire

"Area Manager "

Job Description :-

• Position Name: Area Manager .
• To be in -charge about so many Branch`s (2 to 5 branch`s) per area.
• To handle the store (Restaurants) operations from A-Z.
• To be responsible for timely reporting to head office like sales report, inventory report and other necessary reports as required.
• To be responsible for the concern of his staff on stores branches he is in direct supervision.
• To handle customer service relations.
• Improving the sales and business.
• Monitor the store`s Cost and Expenses .
• Make all the supervision needed to run the operation and conformed the standard followed 100%.
• Responsible of everything needed in his area .

Condition`s:

• Age must be between 25 - 30 years old.
• Good & pleasing personality and good health conditions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (English).
• Minimum of 5 years actual work experiences in famous or in international fast food restaurants.
• Ability to work & handle pressure and must be flexible to any type of working environment.
• Must know how to drive and must have a valid driving license.

 Job Offer:

• Total salary package of between SR 5,000-SR 6,000 per month, dependent on qualifications.
• Health Insurance - provided as per company policy.
• Housing Allowance - provided by company.
• Transportation Allowance - provided by company (car).
• Ticket - two way plane ticket (Jordan-Riyadh-Jordan) after 24 months completion of work.
• 6 - Vacation pay - 1 month paid vacation after completing 24 months of service.
• Bonus - as per internal policy.
• Daily 1 meal free from the restaurant.
• Cell phone Allowance as per company policy.
• Free training and course development necessary for the job.
