JOB VACANCY

A leading company in UAE is seeking to recruit the following:

 

Challenge trainers

 

Qty: 24

Job description

Report to association through the team leader.

Train army member the Challenge activities everyone within his capacity.

Working for 45 hours weekly in addition to night camping and working sometimes during the weekends.

To be adapter to work in different work and weather circumstances in UAE during the whole year.

Training army members the following:

Rock Climbing

Canoe rowing and Kayak rowing

Summer Mountaineering

Mountain biking

Expeditions and night camping

Rope climbing and giving tasks to trainees.

Arranging Risk assessment of challenge activity.

Keeping himself fit.

Observe and evaluate the training results.

Improve the challenge activities after the result evaluation.

Be aware of all the emergency procedures.

Do the admin work of the challenge activity

Do any other related tasks come from the higher management in association

 

Qualifications:

• UK BMC single pitch award/ or any equal qualification.
• UK mountain Leader summer/ or any equal qualification.
• UKCC level 2 coach / or any equal qualification.
• MBUK Trail Leader/ or any equal qualification.
• Mountaineering First aider certificate.
• Fluent in English
