JOB VACANCY

A well known company in KSA Is seeking to hire the following position :

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Job description:

Installation operating system for all the hardware and the PC’s and adding this PC’s to the drug department system with the coordination of the IT department.

Installation of programs and its services required for the system for the drugs IT department.

Installation and preparation of scanners and printers.

Teaming all the users for the perfect system use as per the guidelines/directory/manual.

Working in the management for creating and managing the authorizing the users.

Doing all the management structure system and organization for the system.

Installation of all the programs and applications and doing all the technical support required.

Training all the employees in the branch.

Documentation and report preparation monthly base and on required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience on Technical Support and application installation, support PC’s ad its components.

Dealing with SQL scripts including programs writing and development.

Full knowledge of windows Operating System

Full knowledge in all of preparing web pages.

Quickly trouble shooting and recovery.

Minimum Diploma in Technical (IT)

Experience in Drivers

Experience in Windows group policies.
