A leading company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

Workshop Engineer

Required no: 2-3 candidate

Job Summary:

-  To manage and lead a team of people in allocating workload and applying the day to day Repair & Maintenance operations in Specific Section of the workshop.

Key Activities:

-  Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labors allocation for day to day operations.

-  Ensure supplies are ordered for each job.

-  Distribute the work activities on technicians to achieve a smooth repair and maintenance job orders

-  Provide oversight, check job estimates and close of job orders.

-  Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the workshop Manager.

-  Work with the workshop Manager - Operations to respond to client’s requests for updates on the Status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate.

Qualification:

-  5-10 years Mercedes Actros & MAN trucks maintenance experience

-  Engineering Trade Qualification preferably Fitter Turner or Fitter Welder or equivalent

-  Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior management

-  Knowledge of Diagnostic EPC (Electronics Part’s Catalogue)
