A Leading company in UAE is seeking to recruit Software Development Technical Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a seeking professional and credible Software Development Technical Team Leader work effectively to deliver successful IT projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead & Coachtechnical team members, identify each member’s strength and assigns tasks accordingly to them in order to achieve effective and efficient results.

- Developing and deploying software/system as well as troubleshooting technical problems that guarantees successful execution of projects. 

- Ensure that software developed is in line with the technical designs and approved document specifications.

- Solve numerous technical production challenges in an innovation way.

- Demonstrates, document solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

- Preparing required technical documentations

- Collaborate and interact with team members/stakeholders.

- Support continuous innovation by implementing the best practices.

REQUIREMENTS SKILLS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

- C#, ASP.Net, WCF Service, Window Service, Web Service, Java Script, Jquery, Ajax, SQL Server 2008, IIS 7.0, JSON, App Fabric Caching.

- MVC and Entity framework, K2, Nintex.

- Scripting languages such as PowerShell and the Windows command line.

- Object-Oriented Principles, Client-Side Development

- Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

- SharePoint Development knowledge

- Attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Team player

- Problem-solving skills

- Self-learning skills and fast learner

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related degree.

- 7 to 10 years' of experience web development.

- Advanced knowledge of Software design and integration principles, &practices, systems development.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
