A leading food company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following:

Operations Manager

Job Summary:

• Accountable for the growth of the Brands across the country.
• Responsible for the Brand P&L as well as the execution of the annual plan, and will cooperate with cross-functional teams in order to provide proper support to the business.
• Recruit, coach and lead a team to ensure that stores provide the unique experience to customers, and will be actively involved in new store openings.
• Luxury Food gives selected candidate the opportunity to work with a dynamic, performance-focused team where the retail industry is thriving. In recent years there has been a strategic plan of growth; new stores in existing markets, existing brands to new markets and new brands to existing markets. And the plan continues.

Requirements:

The candidate:

Hand-On" operational experience, strong coaching skills, and a track record of leading successful and profitable multi-site operations from 5 to 10 years. Particularly, we are looking for a candidate specialized in Food Services (QSR, cafes, casual-dining etc.) who optionally has experience with store openings and ad hoc projects management (catering, events). Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is a necessity.

Salary & Other Benefits

• Salary of 10.000-19.000 per month.
• Flight allowance

• Standard holiday
