A leading Company In KSA seeking to recruit the following

Operation and maintenance Eng –Technical manager

Good Knowledge of O&M for MEP Systems, especially HVAC with the following Management Qualification

1-improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of current staff and material Purchasing ,improve operational systems, processes and frame work

2- Oversee all project and contracts activities ,managed daily activities in operation

3- Assign manpower to jobs, monitor Performance and requiest new staff ‘

4- Manage sub contractors, project materials purchasing and staff cars

5-ensure professionalism with Customs

6-Updated the Quality Procedure/work instructions

7-Contribute to the long term planning of the company

8-Review and audit operations manual and guidebook

Degree in engineering with 5 years Experience in operation and maintenance companies
