A leading company in Saudi Arabia Seeking to recruit Maintenance Engineer

• Qualified civil engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in building construction and 5 years in facility management.
• Adequate knowledge in all trades;electrical,plumbing, pump stations, A/C, firefighting system.
• Fluent in English (speak, read and write) and capable of issuing circulars,letters,memos., in Arabic language as well.
• Good knowledge in computer and preferred working with Auto Cad.
• Experience in managing several teams and working under pressure.
• Knowledge in preparing budgets and implementation.
• Warehouse stock management and outsourcing.
• Customer service experience- dealing with customers, solving issues, and directing staff accordingly.
• Dealing with day to day work flow- including on ground supervision to ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
• Experience in contractual issues and preparing contracts, minutes of meetings,..
• Maintain proper filing of related subjects and documents.
• Coordinating staff work duties from all departments. For unit preparations, preventative maintenance, and all compound facility maintenance and repairs.
• Capable of liaison with companies to get services and products pertaining to maintenance.
