A leading company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following:
Construction Manager

Key Qualifications and Education Required (Not limited to):

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction
• Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
• High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions Strong leadership and management skills

JOB Description (Not limited to):

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations, including coordination of resources, materials, and procurement to ensure efficient project progress.
• Utilize primavera software and other project management tools to develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate potential delays.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and stake holders to resolve technical issues and ensure project specifications are met.
• Implement effective documentation and reporting procedures, maintaining accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and compliance documentation.
• Lead regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensure project success.

Authority of the Employee.

• Authorize to review & sign all project employee documents & urgent items later on need justifications
• Check project documents & inform management to make the changes.
• Authorize to check the material request & signed
• Coordinate with Field Engineers to execute the work
• Authorize to ask the progress report to the projects
