A leading Paints Factory in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

Maintenance Manager

Location: Kharj / Riyadh Industrial Sites

Reporting To: Plant Manager

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager ensures the reliability and functionality of all plant equipment, minimizing downtime through proactive and reactive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for plant machinery.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, and utility maintenance teams.
• Coordinate repairs and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure maintenance aligns with production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of resins, chemical, or paint plant operations preferred.
