A leading Paints Factory in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

HSE Officer

Location: KSA Production Sites

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Group HSE Manager

Job Summary:

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all RAR KSA operations, aiming to foster a zero-incident culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Train employees on HSE standards and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Saudi and international HSE regulations.
• Certified OSHA/NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
