A leading Company In KSA is seeking to recruit the following

Oracle Fusion PPM

Key Duties:

1. Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis

A) Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to gather project accounting requirements

B) Document current and future-state business processes

C) Perform fit-gap analysis against Oracle Cloud PPM functionality

2. System Configuration & Solution Design

A) Configure Oracle Cloud PPM modules such as:

- Project Financial Management

- Project Costing

- Project Billing

- Grants Management

- Project Contract Billing

- Define and set up project templates, project types, task structures, and billing methods

- Configure capitalizable vs. expense projects, burdening, and asset generation

Data Migration

A) Support data conversion (projects, tasks, budgets, transactions) from legacy systems

B) Develop or maintain integrations with ERP, HCM, Procurement, and Time & Labor systems

User Training & Support

A) Create user guides and training material for project managers, finance, and business users

B) Conduct workshops on project creation, cost collection, budgeting, invoicing, and forecasting

Project Accounting & Reporting

A) Support project cost and revenue recognition

B) Configure and generate project profitability and status reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View

C) Set up and monitor budgeting and forecasting models

D) Tools & Modules Involved: Oracle Cloud PPM Modules:

- Project Financial Management

- Project Costing

- Project Billing

- Grants Management

- Project Contracts

- Tools: Oracle Fusion Applications, OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher, ADFdi, HDL

Financial Integration: Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement, and HCM Time & Labor
