A leading Company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

Oracle Fusion HCM

• Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules accordingly.
• Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, D) configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, user training, and enhancements.
• Work with technical teams on integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Customize reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

Proficiency in business processes for HR, payroll.

Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and security roles setup. Key Skill

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s)

Knowledge of localization features (KSA)

Experience working in a consulting or shared services environment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work independently and in teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Adaptability to rapidly changing environments
