Integrated IT Solution Company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following

ECM (IBM FileNet Admin) Support

Position Snapshot

Role Summary

Responsible for supporting SAP Consumer & Mortgage Loans (CML), the module specialized in managing consumer and mortgage loans. Ensures loan-related financial processes run accurately and provides technical and functional support for day-to-day system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in SAP CML, including creating, modifying, and tracking loans.
• Handle technical incidents and issues related to loan components.
• Develop and enhance procedures within SAP CML in coordination with business teams.
• Ensure processes comply with financial policies and internal controls.
• Support integration between SAP CML and other SAP systems (such as FI, TRM, CRM).
• Prepare technical documentation and periodic reports on system performance and common issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support within SLAs/OLAs; log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira).
• Analyze repayment plans, interest/fee conditions, events/flows, and posting specifications; perform root-cause analysis and document KBs/runbooks.
• Manage transports and releases across DEV/UAT/PROD via Solution Manager/ChaRM; maintain version-controlled customizing.
• Coordinate and validate SAP Notes, patches, and upgrades; plan maintenance windows and communicate downtime.
• Collaborate with FI-CA and FI/GL teams to ensure correct account determination, postings, and reconciliations.
• Support data migration and period-end activities (month/quarter/year-end) and perform reconciliations.
• Leverage basic ABAP/SQL and logs (SLG1, ST22, SM37, ST05, SU53) to isolate issues and guide developers when needed.
• Participate in go-live and on-call/after-hours support as required.
• 5+ years experience in SAP IS-Banking with strong focus on CML (Loans Management).
• Hands-on customizing in CML (products, condition types/groups, events, posting specifications, repayment plans).
• Solid understanding of FI-CA and FI/GL integration points, account assignment, clearing, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Business Partner (BP) and Collateral Management relevant to loans.
• Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL processes; strong communication with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP for Banking / Loans Management (CML) or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation preferred.
• SAP ECC/S/4HANA IS-Banking (CML), FI-CA, FI/GL, BP, Solution Manager/ChaRM, SAP Notes/OSS, IDoc/SLG1/SM37/ST22/ST05 tools, Transport Management.
• SLA attainment, mean time to resolution (MTTR), accuracy of postings, defects escaped to production, and business user satisfaction.
