A leading contracting company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following:
Commercial Manager (1)
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project commercial performance.
- Administration of the subcontract.
- Managing variations, claims, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
- Reviewing and submit payment applications.
- Ensuring compliance with contract conditions and project requirements.
- Preparing commercial reports for project management.
- Managing commercial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Leading quantity surveying team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction/MEP projects.
- At least 5 years in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administration.
- Experience in large-scale projects.
Testing & Commissioning Manager (1)
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing testing and commissioning plans and procedures.
- Coordinating with construction teams, main contractor, and consultants.
- Supervising pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Ensuring all systems are tested according to approved procedures.
- Managing testing documentation, reports, and checklists.
- Overseeing functional testing and system integration.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinating authority inspections and approvals.
- Leading commissioning engineers and technicians.
- Ensuring smooth handover of systems to the client.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- At least 5 years in commissioning management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, and BMS systems.
- Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex facilities.
- Strong coordination and leadership skills.
QC Manager (1)
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Managing inspection and testing activities.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Reviewing method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
- Coordinating inspections with consultants.
- Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Supervising the quality control team.
- Monitoring quality performance and preparing reports.
- Conducting internal quality audits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Minimum 08–10 years of experience in construction quality management.
- At least 5 years in management roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
- Experience in MEP large building projects.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
QC Engineer Mechanical (2)
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting inspections of materials and installed works.
- Implementing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Submitting MIR’s and WIR’s.
- Closing SOR’s, CNCR’s and QNCR’s after corrective actions with main contractor and Consultant.
- Preparing inspection reports and documentation.
- Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance.
- Assisting in the preparation of quality documentation.
- Identifying non-conformances and assisting in corrective actions.
- Coordinating with consultants during inspections.
- Ensuring materials meet project specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction quality control.
- Experience in MEP building projects.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures and quality standards.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Quantity Surveyors (2)
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Preparing material quantity comparison between BOQ, ordered, delivered, and installed quantities.
- Preparing interim payment applications.
- Evaluating variations and preparing variation orders.
- Supporting claims preparation and contractual correspondence.
- Assisting in procurement processes.
- Preparing cost reports and financial forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and Reporting skills.
