Job Announcement: Business Analyst / Product Consultant – Arabic Speaking

Location: Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: 1-year contract (extendable)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Consultant to lead product framing, requirements analysis, and translate business needs into a clear product vision and executable roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Framing and Vision

• Define and articulate product vision, scope, and value proposition aligned with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear product outcomes and problem statements.
• Identify target users and key use cases.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and standards.
• Evaluate solution options based on value, feasibility, and risk.

Roadmap Development and Prioritization

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap.
• Prioritize features based on value, dependencies, and risks.
• Support iterative and incremental delivery.
• Continuously refine roadmap based on feedback and insights.

Product Governance

• Support decision-making on product scope and changes.
• Ensure consistency between requirements and delivered solutions.
• Provide guidance throughout the product lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Identify and engage stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
• Document objectives, constraints, and priorities.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements.
• Validate and refine requirements.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value.

Documentation and Traceability

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain version control and change history.

Collaboration and Review

• Facilitate requirement review sessions.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and approvals.
• Provide clarifications during design, development, and testing phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
