Distribution Sr. Engineer

Minimum Qualifications: Degree Electrical Engineering with 10 years experience or Maters Degree with 8 years experience in related field

Nationality: Jordanian

Nature of duties and experience required:

• Minimum 10 years experience in operation and maintenance of 69kV, 33kV substation and power lines in an electrical utility.
• Assist to Plan & Design new and reinforcement network of substations, underground Cables and Overhead Lines.
• Review, plan and initiate improvement projects to the network.
• Develop Maintenance Programs for substation equipments and Underground and Overhead power lines
• Experience in control and protection schemes of electrical substation. 
• Experience in testing and commissioning of substation and power line equipment.
• Experience in design, construction, contracting of substation and power line projects will be added advantage.
• Selection of qualified bidders, evaluation of proposals for all contracts, material and equipment suppliers.
• Self Development and Training subordinates
• PC user, familiar with MS office tools Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc.
• Possess driving license to drive company vehicle during the job.
• Good command of written and verbal English language.
