A leading Governmental association is seeking to recruit the following: Senior Psychologist
Detailed duties for the position: - Oversee and manage assigned cases and Psychological Services Section staff - Oversee initial and continued education of all Psychological Services Section staff - Review literature on a regular basis to ensure that interventions and campaigns are aligned with current health promotion and education theory - Assess, diagnose and manage a range of complex patient conditions - Provide statistical data and maintain audits regarding the psychological service - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records - Collaborate with relevant staff on psychological programs and patient management - Give educational talks on available psychological services and on any mental health related topic as required by the Health Education Section
Education and training - Minimum of Masters degree in psychology (doctorate in clinical health psychology preferred) - Excellent computer skills - Teaching experience beneficial - Knowledge of both Arabic and English languages are beneficial. - 5 years relevant work experience including middle management
