Well-known chemical company in KSA is pleased to announce the opening of the following position

Position Title: Site Manager

Note: A cover letter is required for consideration for this position and should be attached as the first page of your resume

Job Purpose:

The Site Manager is responsible for the Management, Control, Development and safe operation of the facility, covering Production, Packaging, Warehousing (including RDC), Engineering, Process Development, Quality Control and support functions.

Degree in chemistry or other scientific discipline

Knowledge/ Experience

Extensive experience in a Production, Engineering, or Technical Management position is essential. Potential candidates must have a proven track record of managing teams to achieve business objectives and should have a good leadership, and man-management skills. Experience in construction chemicals Job holder must have a good understanding of the overall business (breadth of knowledge) and have the ability to think strategically about the future of the Operational areas, and the ability to convert strategic plans into reality. Job holder must also be able to recognize abilities, develop the potential and motivate the teams of people in each department
