JOB VACANCY

association of early childhood education and care in UAE-Dubai is seeking to recruit the following position:

Early Childhood Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

-    To develop enhance and deliver training to early childhood teachers parents or volunteers. Training can be an Arabic language.

-    To conduct research in early childhood education.

-    Conduct site visit, observation and assessment of early childhood centres.

-    To work in collaboration with team of professional to help and improve the quality of early childhood education and care in the Middle East.

Required qualifications:

-    Master’s Degree in Early Childhood education and care or related.

-    A certificate in management, Supervision or Leadership.

-    Evidence of continuous professional development- up to date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and care.

Experience:

-    Minimum of 2 year experience working as a teacher in contact with young children under the age of 6.

-    A minimum 3 year experience as a trainer or lecturer, mentoring and coaching adults.

-    Experience assessing and observing early childhood centres by using valid and reliable instruments.

Knowledge of :

-    NAEYC Standards (USA)

-    CACHE Training Programs ,CITY & GUILDS (UK) or equivalent

-    Child Protection Awareness Training

-    Effective Parent Support Programmes.
