معتمدون لانجاز تأشيرات العمل وتصديق الشهادات لقنصلية المملكة العربية السعودية JOB VACANCY A leading company in KSA – Jeddah is seeking to fell the following vacancies: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Total experience in finance 9 years Spastic experience as CFO 3-5 years Continuous experience in maximum in three well-known companies is must in Construction or retail. Age between 35-40 years old Master degree in the field of finance / accountant Good command in English Language Job description: The individual must have previous experience of good banking relationships with a good Credit Risk – Loan Portfolio. A corporate banking experience is HIGHLY preferred. Ability to aggregate the “company’s” credit risk. Good experience with calculating the “company’s” ability to repay, and creating a workable cash flow for repayments. Hands on experience with preparing a case for the banks for the company to apply for the loan when needed. Participate in developing new business, in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery. Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans. Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial Management matters. Participate in developing new business, in identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery. Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits. Provide with an operating budget. Ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual requirements. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization Including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding institutes etc. Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs. Investigate cost-effective benefit plans and other fringe benefits which the organization may offer employees and potential employees with the goal of attracting and retaining qualified individuals.
