JOB VACANCY

A leading company in KSA is seeking to fell the following vacancies:

Construction Manager (CM)

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering –Civil

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of related professional experience

Last 10 years in similar mgt position executing any of the following projects:

Network Sewage Projects

Should have handled at least 2 major projects from inception to delivery in the past five years.

Project Size: US$40M upwards and Manpower Size: 350 upwards.

Experience on high profile construction projects. Excellent records in respect to the completion of projects (hand over) ahead of schedule and also below the allocated budget.

 

 

Skills & Competencies:

-  Strong ethical leadership, team player and technical expertise with ability to motivate team in achieving deadlines within cost and quality parameters

-  Understanding of project controls & finance including scheduling, risk assessment, WBS, change management, cost control & estimating process and planning.

-  Strong HSE commitment

-  Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills with strong command of English and Arabic.

-  Strong management skills which required to work with multinational workforce and exercise commitment.
