JOB VACANCY

Leading contracting Company in KSA is seeking to recruit the following positions:

Project Director

Minimum 25 years of related professional experience.

Last 10 years in similar mgt position executing any of the Building projects.

Should have handled at least 2 major projects from inception to delivery in the past five years.

Project Size: US$300M upwards and Manpower Size: 6000 upwards.

Experience specifically in Saudi Arabia.

Performance based bonus at management discretion.

Project Manager

Minimum 20 years of related professional experience.

Last 10 years in similar mgt position executing any of the Building projects.

Should have handled at least 2 major projects from inception to delivery in the past five years.

Project Size: US$150 M upwards and Manpower Size: 2500 upwards

Experience specifically in Saudi Arabia

Performance based bonus at management discretion

Construction Manager

Minimum 15 years of related professional experience

Last 10 years in similar mgt position executing any of the following Building Projects.

Should have handled at least 2 major projects from inception to delivery in the past five years.

Project Size: US$50M upwards and Manpower Size: 1000 upwards.
Experience on high profile construction projects.

Excellent records in respect to the completion of projects (hand over) ahead of schedule and also below the allocated budget.
Experience specifically in Saudi Arabia.
