JOB VACANCY

A well known company in KSA specialized in furniture is seeking to recruit the following positions:

1-   Store manager – Beirut branch

- Equivalent to graduation from a two-year college or university with major coursework in Sales & Marketing curriculum. At least 5 years solid experience in Retail Sales or Merchandising.

- Essential hands-on Computer skills and extensive experience in an ERP system environment.

2-   Product manager – KSA branch

- Manage vendor relations/ alliances.

- Define product strategy and roadmap

- Identifying vendors and negotiate commercial agreements

- Forecast & manage orders

- Define and manage product training

- Generate marketing support and brand display revenues for Retail Sales

- Ensure sell-out through support of marketing activities, PR activities, etc.

- Signing commercial deals with Vendors according to the Organization’s Financial   Policies.

- Develops product plan for all stores as per the budget.

- Develops sales and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- Ensures return on capital employed through efficient area and store management

- Prepare stocks forecasting for store per region

- Prepare purchase and product acquisition plan on regular basis

- Manage and monitor inventories

- Work closely with Retail Sales team in product assortment, vendors, vendors agreement and marketing activities.

- Develop the core positioning and communication for the product

- Formulate Pricing

- Set targets brand wise and/ or category wise

- Manage and monitor after sales Services

- Develop and monitor Promotions

- Develop and manage product/ brand awareness activities
