JOB VACANCY

A leading Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking to request the following

Section Head - Piping & Materials (176-E)

Location : Abu Dhabi / HQ

 

Purpose of Job

- Supervises and controls all purchasing functions of the Section to ensure that the activities performed are quality oriented and cost effective. Includes developing purchasing strategies for major high value Mechanical & Piping items.

- Conducting techno-commercial negotiations for major purchase and assisting in the development of an Annual Commitment Plan for major Capital, Direct charge and stock items.

 

Minimum Job Requirements

- B.Sc. in an engineering discipline or equivalent.

- 10 years’ experience in procurement of processing plant equipment and materials, preferably in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry.

- Good knowledge of English and Arabic languages
