IT Company in KSA is looking to hire a
Position: Senior Technical Support Administrator.
Years: 2-3 years of experience.
Network support duties:
- Optimize the performance of information and telecommunication systems and networks.
- Interact with external clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.
- Maintain logical and rational network IT environments.
- Be responsible for managing stability of network communications, and analyzing and solving network outages, or routing issues.
- Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
- Contribute in the assessment of the hazards and determining operational controls for activities and processes that are within their responsibilities.
- Ensure the Optimization of the performance of information and telecommunication systems and networks.
- Maintain the confidentiality of internal and external information.
- Systems support duties:
- Administrates Microsoft Active Directory.
- Manages Windows based network Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, WINS and Remote access servers).
- Installs, configures Microsoft Server Class OS.
- Administrates Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Evaluates, tests, and deploys all software and hardware upgrades to the server infrastructure.
- Monitors all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA’s.
- Performs regular and on-demand system backups and recoveries.
- Rigorously creates and maintains documentation for all processes and procedures.
