A leading industrial company in KSA is seeking to recruit a

Shift supervisor Eng

Responsibilities:

• Supervising shift employees in blown film extrusion & conversion
• Conducting and Supervising Changeovers
• Conducting and Supervising Training direct reports
• Ensuring Quality of the product.
• Implementing Process improvements
• Evaluating Employees

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years in Blown Film or In Plastic factories
• Individuals must have machinery knowledge – including extrusion and conversion equipment
• A proven track record in production and/or maintenance with specific experience in blown film and flexo printing.
• A strong ability to be both a leader and a team player.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 to 5 years as operator blown film extrusion, flexo-printing.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
